Questions
about RADIANT BURNER FAILED.

Can I clear RADIANT BURNER FAILED myself?
Clear the alarm, wait five minutes as Wood Stone asks between starts, then press START again. If it comes back, it needs a visit.
What should I do when my Wood Stone home oven says RADIANT BURNER FAILED?
Clear the alarm, wait five minutes and press START again with the gas fully on. A second failure means the burner, its igniter or its valve needs a technician.
Why does the Wood Stone alarm also say BURNERS SHUTDOWN?
When the dome burner does not light, the controller stops every burner, so the underfloor burner is shut off as well.
Could wind cause the Wood Stone radiant burner alarm on an outdoor oven?
Wood Stone lists wind blowing into the oven among the reasons a flame cuts out, so an exposed outdoor oven can see it. Repeated alarms still call for a check of the burner and venting.

A booking with a code goes further when it has the code copied as shown, the model and serial from the rating plate, and a note on whether the oven still lights, heats or moves its belt. With those three, the office can match the likely part to your oven the same day.
