A code on the oven's display

The code on your pizza oven's controller may already have a page here.

Look it up

How repairs are priced

From a thermocouple or an igniter up to a gas valve, a deck stone or a conveyor drive, the lightest job first.

What to have
ready.

Any of these shortens the call. The brand and the model number decide whether the part comes on the first visit.

Or put them in the form

The model and serial

On the rating plate under the front lip, beside the door or inside the lower panel; the serial decides which valve or element fits.

Error codesThe code, if one shows

The same letters can stand for a probe on one make and a blower on another.

ProblemsWhat the fire is doing

No spark, a pilot that drops out, a cool floor, burnt bottoms, a crack, smoke in the room, a belt that stopped.

What happened just before

A wet week before the first fire, a new tank or gas line, a move, a chimney sweep skipped, a long service or a storm.

For the heart of your home.

Before
you call.

Are you tied to a pizza oven maker?
No. We are an independent business and no oven maker has a say in how we work. A brand named on this site tells you what we repair, not who we report to.
I lease the pizzeria space. Can I book the oven repair?
Yes. A deck or conveyor oven may belong to you, to the landlord or to a leasing company, so agree on who pays before the visit. Put the owner's or manager's details in the notes and they receive the report as well.
How do I move a pizza oven appointment?
Call the office with the service address and name a window that suits you better; a gate code, the hours the dining room is closed or a note about parking by the back door can go on the same call.
Is there a charge for a question about my pizza oven?
No, questions cost nothing. The trip fee is shown in the booking form before you send it, and any repair is priced once the oven has been diagnosed, never added to the invoice afterward.
