What OVEN IDLE
actually means.
Idle is an energy-saving mode on the HhC. Both blowers fall to 30 percent and the belt slows to a 15-minute pass, while the rest of the oven stays as it was. It starts after the Idle key is pressed, either at once with a double touch or after a timer, and any key brings the oven straight back to cooking.

No part of the oven has failed; the display is reporting a state someone chose or the oven entered on its own. A cool-down keeps the blowers turning after the heat is off until the cavity or the tunnel has dropped to a safe level, an energy save setting lets the decks sag between rushes, and a menu lock stops anyone on the line from changing the bake times. No part is needed: letting the cool-down run out, or the key sequence in the manual, brings the oven back.

Give the oven a moment to bring the blowers back up before sending the next pizza through.
If the oven seems to go idle by itself, ask the team whether someone touched Idle once earlier: a single touch starts a delayed timer rather than idling at once. If nobody did, book a visit to look at the keypad.

The code has left the display, the decks or the tunnel come up to the set heat and hold it through a full service, the belt keeps its speed and the blowers run steady, all with no part changed. If the same code returns within a week, or on the next busy night, say so when you book.
What not to do
A slow belt in Idle is not F9 and not a drive problem. A pizza that comes out pale during Idle has simply ridden through a low-air oven, not one with a heater problem.
