On the X-Series, a position name followed by SENSOR OPEN means that proving switch is still open. The manual blames either the switch itself or one or more blowers that are not running.

The air the oven bakes with is not moving as it should. In a conveyor or rapid-cook oven the impingement blower may be dragging on worn bearings, its fingers packed with grease so the jets fire unevenly, or its cooling fan clogged with flour dust until the controls overheat; a gas oven may also refuse to light when its combustion air switch never proves. Cleaning the intake filters and grilles with the oven off is safe; a blower that slows, squeals or smells hot is a visit.
