What High/Low flame indicator
actually means.

Marra Forni's gas brick ovens use a two-stage power burner, and the manual-mode screen carries a pair of lights labeled Low Flame and High Flame. They tell you which stage the burners are on as the control works toward the set point. When the oven is 30 degrees or more above the set point, the burner will not come on at all, which is normal.

What to do when High/Low flame indicator shows on the pizza oven

Before you book,
in this order.

Each step comes from Marra Forni's own guidance for High/Low flame indicator on its pizza ovens. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.

01

Compare the lit stage with the oven and set temperatures on the same screen: high flame well below the set point and low flame near it is normal.

02

If the burner will not come on, check whether the oven is already above the set point; Marra Forni suggests having the set point about 20 degrees above the oven temperature when restarting.

03

If the burner stays on High while the oven runs well past the set point, or will not leave Low while the oven is cold, book a visit to check the gas valve wiring and flame regulators.

Cleared?

The code has left the display, the decks or the tunnel come up to the set heat and hold it through a full service, the belt keeps its speed and the blowers run steady, all with no part changed. If the same code returns within a week, or on the next busy night, say so when you book.

What not to do

The High/Low lights are a status display, not a warning, and they do not measure flame quality. A burner that will not light at all and then stays off is usually the burner control's lockout, which is reset by cycling the main switch rather than shown on these lights.

No repair indicated

Nothing to repair.

No part of the oven has failed; the display is reporting a state someone chose or the oven entered on its own. A cool-down keeps the blowers turning after the heat is off until the cavity or the tunnel has dropped to a safe level, an energy save setting lets the decks sag between rushes, and a menu lock stops anyone on the line from changing the bake times. No part is needed: letting the cool-down run out, or the key sequence in the manual, brings the oven back.

Questions
about High/Low flame indicator.

Can I clear High/Low flame indicator myself?
Compare the lit stage with the oven and set temperatures on the same screen: high flame well below the set point and low flame near it is normal.
Why is neither High nor Low lit on my Marra Forni oven?
If the oven is already 30 degrees or more above the set point, the burner stays off by design. Raise the set point a little above the oven temperature; if nothing lights and the flame never comes, the burner may have locked out and needs the main switch cycled.
My Marra Forni flame seems stuck on High. What does that mean?
Marra Forni's troubleshooting links a flame stuck on High or Low to the wiring at the gas valve and to the temperature control. That is behind the consoles the manual says not to open, so book a visit.
Does the Marra Forni flame indicator tell me the flame is healthy?
No, it only shows the stage. The flame itself should be checked by eye through the mouth; Marra Forni's troubleshooting starts with the burner's air shutter setting when the flame looks wrong.

Still showing High/Low flame indicator?

A booking with a code goes further when it has the code copied as shown, the model and serial from the rating plate, and a note on whether the oven still lights, heats or moves its belt. With those three, the office can match the likely part to your oven the same day.
